Harry Styles is back! After waiting four years for new music to release, Harry fans are eagerly awaiting the release of his new album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, on March 6th. The album’s first single, Aperture, has reached massive success in the first week of its release. Aperture can be defined as a space within a camera which allows light to pass through by adjusting the camera’s lens. The use of the word aperture is metaphorical within the song. It is used to describe the process of opening your mind or life in order to invite in happiness, growth, and positivity. Harry described his time away from the media as eye opening as he was able to “spend his time on the other side of the audience” allowing him to absorb art and implement it into his newest project. Pembroke Hill sophomore Paige Piper had this when asked about her opinion on the vibe of Aperture: “Aperture feels euphoric, like the adrenaline rush of a runner’s-high, which is fitting because Harry Styles became a marathon runner during his break from music”. to say In interviews he has detailed his moments in disguise, enjoying and exploring life outside of the public eye.
